Sustainomics Social is a team of property and business professionals who are passionate about enabling the creation of affordable housing across Essex, Kent and Surrey.
We understand that affordable housing is an essential component of a thriving and inclusive society, however the process of finding, funding, and building homes is getting harder for everyone involved.
Whether you are a Registered Provider struggling to find suitable sites and meet targets or a Land Agent struggling to find buyers, you will no doubt be faced with huge challenges in today’s market.

Here's an example of how we work...
A Land Agent in Kent, struggling to sell a large development site with 32% affordable housing, asked for our help. We jumped in and quickly matched them with a Registered Provider who we helped to secure the site, build the site, and increase the number of affordable homes in the scheme to 100%!
In this real-life scenario, the Land Agent was happy as they made a sale and the Registered Provider was happy as they made considerable steps towards meeting their affordable housing targets.
Why were we happy? We were happy because we got to build some more of the affordable homes that in Kent, Essex and Surrey we so desperately need.
